Order Processing

  • All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our studio in Australia within 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Service: Australia Post

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • Service: DHL Worldwide (or a similar premium courier)

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

A Note on International Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth process, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Easy 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sunglasses. If they aren’t the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange them.

  • No Questions Asked: As long as the item is in its original condition, we'll honour your return.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, cases, and cloths intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email info@sidequesteyewear.com.au 

Step 2: Provide your order confirmation number

Step 3: Indicate whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for a different style/colour. 

Step 4: You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (for Australian customers) via email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For our Australian customers: Return shipping is on us! We will provide a free, prepaid Australia Post return label.

  • For our International customers: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • For exchanges, your new pair will be shipped out free of charge as soon as your return is processed.

Our Quality Guarantee: 12-Month Warranty and 1 Time Only Free Replacement

We stand by the craftsmanship of our eyewear. All Sidequest sunglasses are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and a 1 Time Free Only Replacement.

  • What's Covered in the Warranty: Faulty hinges, defective frames, or lens coating issues.

  • 1 Time Free Replacement: If you've damaged them in any way due to an accident or improper use within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace them free of charge!
